Terms of Sale

1. Research use only

All products sold by Fraktal Research Group ("FRG," "we," "us") are research-grade biochemical compounds and reference materials intended solely for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use by research institutions, companies, and independent qualified researchers. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use, and are not manufactured, tested, or labeled to the standards required for human or animal consumption, administration, or application.

FRG is not a pharmacy. We are not licensed to compound, dispense, or prepare drug products, and we do not operate as a registered outsourcing facility or compounding pharmacy under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Nothing sold on this site is a compounded drug preparation, and no product is prepared, packaged, or labeled for administration to a specific patient.

No statement on this site or in any product listing has been evaluated by the FDA, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals. Any reference to a compound's mechanism, research history, or biochemical properties is provided for scientific and educational context only and is not a claim about the safety or effectiveness of the compound for any use.

Products are not pharmaceutical grade, are not produced under pharmaceutical current Good Manufacturing Practice conditions, and are not supplied in a form intended or suitable for injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application to humans or animals. We provide no dosing, administration, or clinical guidance of any kind, and we will not do so on request. Any handling, storage, and disposal is the purchaser's responsibility and should follow the purchaser's own laboratory safety practices.

2. Who may purchase

By registering an account and placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms;
• you are purchasing as, or on behalf of, a legitimate research institution, company, or as an independent qualified researcher, and are not an individual consumer purchasing for personal use;
• you are qualified by training or experience to handle research-grade biochemical compounds safely, and will handle, store, and dispose of them in an appropriate research setting;
• you will use products solely for in vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes, and will not use, administer, resell, or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or application under any circumstances;
• you will not resupply, relabel, repackage, or resell any product to any person for consumption or administration, or in any way that misrepresents it as a drug, supplement, or product fit for human or animal use; and
• your purchase, possession, and use of the products complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including those of your state and locality — some compounds are controlled, restricted, or prohibited in some jurisdictions, and determining that is your responsibility, not ours.

These representations are yours alone. We rely on them, we do not independently confirm them, and providing false information is a breach of these terms. Checkout access is granted upon completing registration and the attestation above; we reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any account, and to refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion and at any time — including after checkout access has already been granted.

The age requirement above is our own condition of sale and applies in addition to, not in place of, any legal restriction that applies to you.

3. Product information

Catalog codes follow the format [COMPOUND]-[MG]. Where published, CAS numbers, purity (expressed as ≥XX%), and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) describe the specific lot referenced and are provided for research documentation purposes. Purity and analytical data are believed accurate as of testing but are not a guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.

4. Shipping

We currently fulfill orders to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders placed with a shipping address outside the United States will not be fulfilled. Shipping is included in the listed price of each item — no separate shipping charge is added at checkout.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, typically within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation and often faster, via USPS or UPS at our discretion based on the items and value of your order. Shipments are not temperature-controlled. If your order ships later than this window, we'll apply a 10% refund as an apology.

The carrier, not FRG, is responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout (2% of your order subtotal, $2 minimum) — insurance is what allows us to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We're not able to recover the value of a lost or damaged shipment that wasn't insured.

5. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Due to the sterility requirements of our products, we do not accept returns.

We will issue a refund or reshipment if:

• independent lab testing shows a product's purity does not meet the purity advertised at the time of your order, or
• a vial is underfilled below 90% of its stated quantity — the refund is proportional to the shortfall (e.g. a vial filled to 50% of its stated amount is eligible for a 50% refund of that item's price).

To request a purity or underfill refund, you must provide lab results from one of the following labs: Freedom, BT, Vanguard, ILS, Kovera, or Janoshik. Results from other labs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis; we do not accept Finnrick results.

Order cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is placed, and is not possible once your order has shipped and tracking has been provided. You can request cancellation of a paid, not-yet-shipped order from your order page; we'll review the request and let you know our decision. We may also cancel all or part of an order on our end if an item is unexpectedly out of stock or damaged — if we do, we'll restock and refund as applicable, and apply a 10% discount to your next order.

6. Payment

Orders are settled directly via USDC (or another supported stablecoin, if offered) on the Solana network to our wallet. We do not use a payment processor or custodial intermediary for cryptocurrency payments. Cryptocurrency payments are final. Because settlement occurs directly on-chain with no intermediary capable of reversing a transaction, we do not process chargebacks. Refunds are issued under the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy above and are sent manually; requesting a refund does not guarantee one will be issued outside that policy.

You are responsible for sending the exact amount displayed at checkout, in the native token displayed on the Solana network, to the address provided, within the displayed payment window. Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong token, for the wrong amount, or after the window has expired may require manual review and can delay or forfeit your order.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRG's total liability arising out of or relating to any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. FRG is not liable for any use of products that violates these Terms of Sale, applicable law, or the research-use-only restriction described above.

You assume all risk arising from your handling and use of the products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRG and its owners, officers, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of any product, your breach of these terms, or any inaccuracy in the representations you made when registering or ordering — including any claim brought by a third party to whom you supplied a product.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
